Is the quote really free?
It is. Diagnosis and quote cost nothing and carry no obligation. You only pay once you approve the work, and the agreed price is the final price.

Do you come to me, or do I bring the device in?
We come to homes and businesses anywhere in the Algarve. Many software problems are solved remotely, without anyone having to travel.

How long does a repair take?
It depends on the fault and on the parts needed. We give you a deadline in the quote, before starting, and tell you if anything changes along the way.

Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. The warranty covers the replaced part and the labour, and the period is written into the quote. We also leave a sticker with the repair date.

Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We offer monthly support retainers as well as one-off call-outs: workstations, servers, printers, e-mail and networks.

Can you recover data from a failed drive?
In most cases yes, from hard drives, SSDs and memory cards. We assess it first and tell you honestly what is recoverable before going ahead.

Do you also build custom software?
We do. Apps and automations built around your process, from scratch or integrated with the software you already run: invoicing, POS, spreadsheets and APIs.

Do you speak English?
Yes. We work in both English and Portuguese, which in the Algarve makes life easier for a lot of people.
